Full Description: A Mitutoyo gauge block set with all blocks made of zirconia ceramic. This is the hardest gauge block material and gives the best wear resistance combined with least secular change and has an expansion coefficient which closely matches that of steel. Excellent inter-set wringing properties and will wring to optical flats or gauge blocks made of any other material.; Type: Set; Features: Grade 2: Suitable for general workshop use, such as adjusting gauges or for testing lever gauges, dial indicators and as a substitute for fixed snap gauges. Zirconium-based ceramic gauge blocks, highly stable and precision lapped for good wringing properties. Each gauge block is marked with an identification number. Gauge block hardness is 1350 HV providing extreme wear resistance.
