Full Description: A Mitutoyo gauge block set with all blocks made of special tool steel, heat treated and aged to give good wear resistance and small secular change. Excellent inter-set wringing properties and will wring to optical flats or gauge blocks made of any other material.; Type: Set; Features: Grade 1: For calibration and setting up test gauges, reference gauges, and for adjusting length measuring instruments as well as for accurate testing in quality control.

Made of high quality alloy steel, carefully heat treated and stress relieved for high stability and precision lapped for good wringing properties. Slightly rounded edges.

Each gauge block is marked with an identification number.

Gauge block hardness is 800 HV (64 HRC) for high wear resistance.

Gauge block sets are placed in their wooden storage box immediately after calibration.
